Laconia - This is a really nice condo in South Down Shores. It's very clean and has been well maintained by its current owners. There is a wood fireplace in the living room and French doors out to the patio. Plenty of light filters through, and the landscaping is well done and mature. The second floor offers the master suite and second bedroom. And the third floor is a wonderful multi-purpose room that kids and teenagers like to call their own. It's currently being used as a bedroom. An added plus is the garage. It can be used as a bedroom/office/den,etc. Plenty of room for your golf cart! The house has a whole house fan to keep things cool in the summer and Monitor heating for the colder months. South Down Shores amenities are the best. Beautiful common areas, sandy beach, club house, playground, walking trails, and Boat Club. Dry berths can be rented or purchased and are a very affordable way to get on Lake Winnipesaukee with your boat. Don't miss this one!
